Maximus, Guam, seeks a ServiceNow & IT Service Management Intern to support IT operations, CMDB data quality, and reporting. You will work with ServiceNow admins, process owners, and IT leaders to learn how IT services are delivered at scale.

You will gain hands-on experience across incidents, requests, knowledge, changes, assets, and configuration data while contributing to real initiatives and process improvements. This internship provides practical exposure to ITSM and enterprise platforms.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Rising senior or graduate student pursuing IT/CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Interest in ServiceNow, ITSM, or enterprise platforms.
• Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java.

Responsabilidades

• Support IT assignments of moderate difficulty under a senior mentor.
• Escalate issues to management as needed and participate in group discussions.
• Attend meetings to gain process knowledge and project guidance.
• Read, understand and complete assignments within guidelines.
• Prepare standard reports and presentation materials.
• Contribute ideas to improve employee and customer experiences across IT services.
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations showing trends and opportunities.
• Explore AI, automation, and digital tech to improve workflows and service delivery.
