Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM modules and automation frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI features such as Now Assist and predictive intelligence.
