Qualifications

• Familiar with ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules; Agile development experience.
• CSA certification and experience with AI/Generative AI capabilities highly valued.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and DevOps tooling like Bitbucket/Jira.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Configure and enhance workspaces, portals, and user interfaces to improve usability.
• Develop AI-driven solutions and agentic workflows to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Create and customize ServiceNow AI skills and automation capabilities to meet business needs.
• Support incident, request, and service management processes through integrations.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile development activities—sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement.
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment activities; document designs and standards.
• Support governance, code reviews, and adherence to development best practices.
