Job summary

Doist is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM SME in Florida to configure and maintain Event Management for GCP observability. You will implement client-defined event normalization, correlation, and alert workflows, and ensure proper CMDB alignment for incoming cloud events.

You will also configure integrations between GCP, Pub/Sub, and ServiceNow, support testing and validation of event processing, and develop dashboards for operational visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring ServiceNow ITOM for cloud observability use cases.
• Ability to implement event normalization, correlation and alert workflows.
• Experience aligning CI/CD events and CMDB to incoming cloud events.
