• Enhance visibility using Agent Client Collector and other ITOM capabilities.

Job description

Optomi, in partnership with a leading aerospace and defense client, is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to join their team.

Position Summary: This role involves enhancing the client’s ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, with a primary focus on Event Management, Discovery, and AWS integrations. The successful candidate will streamline complex eventing and alerting environments, improve infrastructure visibility, and collaborate across technical teams. This position is fully remote with EST working hours and requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to contribute actively in client-facing discussions. Candidates must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship. This is a W2 position only — no C2C, 1099, or third-party arrangements. Visa sponsorship of any kind (including H-1B, STEM OPT, CPT, etc.) is not available for this role.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow Event Management, including streamlining complex eventing and alerting environments.
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Discovery.
• Experience configuring and tuning the AWS Service Graph Connector.
• Additional preferred experience with IRE, Health Log Analytics, Agent Client Collector–Visibility, container and ep
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead technical conversations with clients.
• Ability to provide certification screenshots and complete the required ServiceNow-level background screening.
