Our consultancy client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Business Process Consultant for a long-term contract. This hybrid role combines onsite collaboration with remote work on high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and develop business and technical strategies.
• Manage CMDB transformation projects, ensuring compliance with CSDM standards and improving CI data quality.
• Collaborate with ITSM and ITAM teams to integrate ITOM capabilities and streamline processes.
• Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
• Create ITOM KPIs and dashboards to provide insights and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Proven success in CMDB transformation and ITOM data governance.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Implementation Specialist) are highly preferred.
