Job summary

Areti Group | B Corp™ is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong IT Asset Management experience to support a secure enterprise environment. You will develop and enhance ITAM functionality, automate asset lifecycle processes and integrate asset data across the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities include building HAM/SAM solutions, configuring workflows, and maintaining CMDB relationships. You will translate business requirements into practical technical designs while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with ITAM.
• Experience with HAM and/or SAM asset lifecycles and data models.
• Understanding CMDB concepts and asset-to-CI relationships.
• Translate requirements into technical designs and deploy enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow ITAM across HAM and SAM per project.
• Build workflows for procurement, deployment, inventory, transfers, reclamation and disposal.
• Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies and Flow Designer automations.
• Build and maintain integrations with discovery, inventory, procurement and other systems.
• Improve asset data quality and CMDB relationships between assets and CIs.
• Troubleshoot issues, support testing/releases, and document technical work.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
