Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead ServiceNow module implementations within our Service Delivery organization. You will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate with implementation partners and vendors, and ensure successful delivery across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience managing third-party implementation vendors and system integrators.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, AzureDevOps, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules and oversee full project lifecycles.
• Coordinate with IT, Security, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
• Manage project planning, requirements gathering, and solution design coordination.
• Oversee configuration, integrations, testing, and UAT coordination.
• Manage vendors and partners to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Establish governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder updates.
• Drive user adoption and change management with stakeholder sign-off.
