Job summary

EY is looking for a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead Transformation teams in IT/OM Asset Management, engaging with clients to deliver solutions and develop user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. You will mentor cross-functional teams, grow client relationships, and drive quality and risk management throughout engagements.

The role emphasizes leadership, design sessions, and capability to travel to client sites, with EY’s hybrid client-serving model and a broad opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification
• Minimum of 2 of the listed ServiceNow certifications (Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations)
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork
• Experience leading teams and supervising others
• Driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow Transformation teams and manage client relationships
• Identify and define user requirements and develop UI across platforms
• Guide engagements from planning through execution and closure, including travel as needed
• Provide direction to team members and ensure quality and risk management
