EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead client engagements across IT/OM Asset Management. You will manage a multi‑discipline team, drive requirements gathering for UI across mobile, web, and tablet, and oversee development work that aligns with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consulting, strong executive communication, and ServiceNow certifications. This role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities across US locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or similar.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Two of the listed ServiceNow certifications (HAM, SAM, Data Foundations).
• 5+ years of Big-4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent executive communication and leadership skills.

• Lead client workstreams and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
• Define user requirements for mobile, web, and tablet interfaces.
• Oversee development services aligned to business requirements.
• Manage quality, risk, and project delivery.
• Engage with clients in planning through closure sessions.
