Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead IT/OM Asset Management transformation projects across client environments. You will guide UI development and integration, engage with clients, and drive scalable solutions that align with business goals.

You will manage a 5–10+ person team, collaborate with offshore resources, and evolve the delivery through planning, execution and closure, while maintaining quality and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification, plus 2 of the listed certifications.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management projects and solutions across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Drive client relationships and demonstrate EY service value, while guiding workshops and risk management.
