EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead IT/OM Asset Management engagements across multiple client projects. You will manage and mentor teams, define requirements for mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client needs.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced ServiceNow certifications, and experience from Big-4 or equivalent consulting environments. A hybrid work model and extensive client collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–6+ years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification; plus two of: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations.
• 5+ years of Big-4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills including executive communication and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Lead client-visible teams and develop client relationships.
• Define user requirements for mobile, web, and tablet interfaces.
• Engage in coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver solutions.
• Oversee delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with focus on quality and risk.
• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure with external clients.
• Propose policy changes and establish procedures impacting the work area.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
