Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead client engagements across IT/OM Asset Management. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, define requirements for mobile, web, and tablet apps, and deliver development services aligned with business needs.

You’ll guide projects with risk management, engage with clients, and drive workshops from planning through closure. The role requires 4–6 years of related ServiceNow experience, CSA or CAD certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Two of the listed ServiceNow certifications (HAMI, SAMI, Data Foundations).
• 5+ years of Big-4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams and develop client relationships.
• Define user requirements for UI across mobile, web, and tablet.
• Engage in coding and create specifications for development.
• Lead delivery of processes, solutions, and projects with quality and risk focus.
• Coordinate with clients, run workshops, and drive planning to closure.
• Provide direction to team members and ensure task completion.
• Shape asset management roadmaps and align with ITSM processes.
