Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Transformation Manager to lead IT/OM asset management programs across client engagements. You will guide teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high‑quality solutions that align with business goals.

The role emphasizes client relationship building, governance, and a strong mix of design, development, and delivery leadership inside a flexible, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 4+ years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience preferred.
• ServiceNow CSA/CAD or higher certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project delivery, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore staff.
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate EY value, drive solutions and roadmaps.
