Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead enterprise IT/OM Asset Management initiatives across client environments in the United States. You will mentor a multi-disciplinary team, drive delivery across waterfall and agile projects, and shape client engagements from planning through closure.

You'll partner with stakeholders to define requirements, create high-quality deliverables, and advance EY's asset-management offerings with AI-enabled solutions and strong risk management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 4–6+ years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• Multiple ServiceNow certifications listed in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-visible engagement and develop your team.
• Define user requirements for mobile, web, and tablet interfaces.
• Engage in coding and specifications to deliver solutions.
• Manage delivery of processes and projects with quality and risk focus.
• Lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure.
• Develop complex solutions and advise on policies and procedures.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members.
