Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation efforts across IT/OM Asset Management. You will drive user‑centric UI development, guide teams including offshore resources, and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high‑quality solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership in both waterfall and agile delivery, pre‑sales support, and effective governance. Travel to client sites may be required, with a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certifications are required.
• Two or more of the listed ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead teams and supervise others; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management projects and solutions for clients.
• Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team (including offshore resources).
• Develop client relationships and demonstrate EY service value.
• Guide process and technology transformation aligned with business objectives.
• Deliver high‑quality artifacts and track risk, budgets and timelines.
• Engage with clients in workshops and pre‑sales activities.
