Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams and manage client engagements across IT/OM Asset Management. You will define user requirements, guide UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

In this role, you’ll oversee workstreams from planning to closure, mentor teams, and collaborate with external clients. Travel may be required to meet client needs, with a strong emphasis on leadership and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification.
• Minimum of 2 of the following ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations.
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project delivery across design, configuration, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor a multi-disciplinary team of 5-10+ resources including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate EY services value.
• Manage project scope, budgets and risk, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Lead workshops and client meetings, guiding requirements and validation.
