Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Analyst to enhance and maintain our ServiceNow platform and related IT service delivery systems. You will drive AI-enabled workflows, implement NowAssist/Otto, and report on SLA metrics to optimize IT operations.

The role requires strong communication, independent work, and attention to detail, with certification and hands-on experience in ServiceNow a major plus. Remote/on-call duties may be involved as part of a modern ITSM team.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow platform and ITSM workflows.
• Ability to communicate build requirements and designs clearly.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
• AI build/implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Developing a Roadmap and implementing ServiceNow NowAssist/Otto workflows and integrations.
• Creating and reporting on SLA and AI metrics.
• Improve IT experience within the ITSM platform and streamline workflows.
• Support day-to-day operations, including on-call rotation.
