Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a ServiceNow AI Business Analyst to support a large-scale AI Service Management transformation. You will work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, process owners, and AI teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled ServiceNow use cases and requirements.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in ServiceNow ITSM and Business Analysis, plus hands-on knowledge of Now Assist and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
Strong hands‑on experience working within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management and Service Catalog processes.
Experience supporting ServiceNow AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Generative AI, or comparable AI‑enabled ServiceNow initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to facilitate complex stakeholder discovery and requirements workshops.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into AI-enabled ServiceNow use cases, requirements, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
Collaborate with Product Owners, ServiceNow Architects, Developers, ITSM process owners, data teams and stakeholders.
Define user stories, functional requirements, process diagrams, use cases and backlog items.
Support AI-driven ServiceNow initiatives and ensure alignment with ITSM processes and governance.
