The role may require occasional visits to the Cranberry HQ; 3–5 years BA/ITSM experience and a Bachelor's degree are desired, with IIBA certification a plus.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years as Business Analyst or IT Service Support.
• Experience with ServiceNow; Service Catalog experience is a plus.
• Experience in a retail technology environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases, elicit, trace requirements, and create user stories.
• Clarify stakeholder needs and define feasible solution scope.
• Document requirements clearly and maintain knowledge for future use.
• Assess gaps, risks, costs, and propose workable workarounds or changes.
• Develop test scripts and assist in user acceptance testing tied to requirements.
• Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
