Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Retail technology environment experience preferred.
• Experience managing medium to large projects.
• Experience in a retail supply chain environment is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• IIBA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine business cases, requirements, test cases, and user stories.
• Clarify stakeholder needs and define implementable solution scope.
• Communicate requirements to project teams and document them clearly.
• Identify gaps and workaround options, assess costs and risks.
• Develop test scripts and assist user acceptance testing.
• Manage requirements and ensure knowledge is preserved for reuse.
• Define performance metrics to validate solution success.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and environment.
• Facilitate meetings up to Director level.
