Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions across the enterprise.
• Design and deploy IRM modules including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, TPRM, and Operational Resilience.
• Define IRM architecture standards, governance frameworks, and implementation best practices.
• Conduct requirement-gathering and solution design workshops with business and compliance stakeholders.
• Develop detailed architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical specifications.
• Guide development and implementation teams during configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.
• Implement Operational Resilience capabilities such as:
  • Business service mapping
  • Dependency modeling
  • Resilience testing
  • Impact tolerance assessments
• Perform architecture reviews, code reviews, and platform performance optimization.
• Support audit, risk, and compliance reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation and process improvement initiatives.
