Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a senior ServiceNow professional in the United States to lead IRM design and implementation, aligning with business and regulatory requirements.

You will shape scalable architecture, translate requirements into detailed designs, and ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and CSDM across the platform.

This role emphasizes integration with Archer, custom dashboards, and KPI analytics for vulnerability trends.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platform.
• 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow IRM greenfield implementation.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS‑RC).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Define scalable architecture and technical design for IRM implementations.
• Review business requirements and translate them into solution designs and technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards.
• Participate in architecture reviews and provide recommendations for platform optimization.
• Implement and configure Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, Authority Documents and Control Frameworks.
• Design risk scoring methodologies and automated risk calculations.
• Configure risk assessments, control testing, and compliance monitoring activities.
• Design and implement integrations with Archer and other needed tools.
• Develop REST/SOAP integrations where IH spoke is not available.
• Design API‑led integrations, MID Server architecture, and data synchronization patterns.
• Create custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators for vulnerability KPIs and trends.
