Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Senior Developer to lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management, along with the ability to lead technical solution design, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

The candidate should be comfortable participating in architecture governance processes, presenting technical designs, and ensuring ServiceNow solutions align with enterprise standards for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions.

• Work extensively with:

• Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer workflows.

• Participate in Architecture Review Boards and present/defend technical designs.

• Automate risk assessments, compliance testing, audit workflows, issue management, and remediation activities.

• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and GRC, security, and enterprise platforms using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.

• Conduct code reviews and establish ServiceNow development standards.

• Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across IRM initiatives.

• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support when required.
