Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent with strong IT exposure.
• Minimum 4+ years in technology programs or engineering roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with certificate management and load balancing concepts.
• Familiarity with FFIEC, SOX, HIPAA, NIST or similar controls.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage systems, configurations, and stability.
• Oversee backend administration for hypervisors, NAS, Microsoft systems, databases, and Linux OS.
• Set patching and upgrade schedules; ensure end-of-life avoidance.
• Review Ansible workflows, backup/restore via Commvault and RMAN, baselines.
• Own compliance posture per FFIEC and internal policies.
• Lead CMDB governance and data quality improvements.
• Coordinate with audit, risk, and compliance teams; provide remediation evidence.
• Drive service delivery improvements and disaster recovery readiness.
