Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years in technology engineering or large-scale programs.
- Proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems and certificate management.
- Familiarity with Ansible and infrastructure automation workflows.
- Strong documentation and cross-functional communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Manage backend systems, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle.
- Administer ServiceNow platform, workflows, and CMDB alignment.
- Oversee backup strategies using Commvault and RMAN; DR planning.
- Ensure audit readiness and FFIEC/compliance program adherence.
