Job summary

Ernst & Young Oman is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consulting Manager to lead transformation teams, drive client engagements, and deliver complex HRSD solutions. You will evaluate business models, translate requirements into technical designs, and guide teams through architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment in a global EY environment.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years of HRSD project experience, CSA/CAD or HRSD certifications, and a proven track record mentoring cross‑functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IS/Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically 4–6 years of ServiceNow HRSD project experience.
• ServiceNow CSA or CAD certification (or equivalent).
• One of the ServiceNow HRSD certifications is required (HR Service Delivery).
• 5+ years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong executive communication, adaptability, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow HRSD delivery and solutions across design, configuration, testing and deployment phases.
• Mentor and manage a multi-disciplinary team (5–10+ resources) including offshore staff.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate EY services value; drive pre-sales and proposals.
