Job summary

Capgemini in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to join the Enterprise Architecture Governance team on a 7-month contract. You will design and deploy ServiceNow applications for onboarding and lifecycle management of business applications, build data models (APM, CMDB, CSDM), and automate workflows with scripting and Flow Designer.

Qualifications

4–6 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in enterprise settings.
Experience configuring APM, CMDB, and CSDM modules.
Strong scripting skills for automation.
Ability to design complex data models and governance workflows.
Experience building dashboards with Performance Analytics.
Familiarity with TOGAF or ITIL frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design tailored ServiceNow applications for onboarding and lifecycle management of business applications.
Configure data models and automate key workflows.
Build integrations via REST APIs and Integration Hub.
Develop scripts using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
Create dashboards and analytics for stakeholders.
Collaborate with architecture, risk, operations, and product teams.
Support governance processes such as ARB reviews and onboarding workflows.
Leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for data analysis.
