Job summary

Alldus is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer in the United States to lead the on‑going delivery lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform. The role combines hands‑on development with ownership of platform delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

You will mentor other developers, design scalable workflows and integrations, and support deployments and upgrades while upholding governance standards. CSM/FSO exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong hands‑on ServiceNow development skills.
• 4+ years across modules such as CSM and/or FSO.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom development.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading other developers.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices and governance.
• CSA and/or CAD certification preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Alldus is working with a leading ServiceNow end user looking to hire an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join and help lead the continued development of their ServiceNow platform. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level ServiceNow professional who enjoys remaining hands-on technically while also taking ownership of platform delivery, mentoring other developers, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

The Role

As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will take a leading role across the full ServiceNow delivery lifecycle, including the design, development, deployment, and optimization of scalable applications, workflows, and integrations.

You will:

• Lead ServiceNow development and technical delivery across the platform


• Design and develop scalable workflows, applications, and integrations


• Work across modules including CSM and FSO


• Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders


• Mentor other ServiceNow developers and conduct code reviews


• Support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing platform improvements
