Job summary

Alldus is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement/Project Manager to lead, plan and deliver ServiceNow projects focused on the Financial Sector in San Francisco. You will drive end-to-end implementations, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements.

• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, leading and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow Projects within timeframes & budgets.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features.
• Experience managing multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ServiceNow projects within the Financial Sector, including end-to-end implementations, updates, custom solutions etc
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders internally, and externally with clients
• Monitor the project schedule, backlog, risks/issues, budgets/finance and progress
