Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required for the role.

• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Advanced knowledge of back-end functionality, working across multiple scopes and system tables.
• Strong SDLC and Agile methodologies understanding.
• Excellent problem-solving and communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
