Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across ITSM and ITOM domains.
• Proficient in scripting, workflows, and configuration of modules.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and CMDB concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Configure ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Develop workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
• Customize forms, tables, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
• Implement Service Catalog items and record producers.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications.
• Configure REST and SOAP APIs for system integrations.
• Implement CMDB configurations and asset management processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in platform upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and technical teams.
