Job summary

Everforth ECS is recruiting a ServiceNow Developer to support ITSM and platform enhancements at a USPS-backed center in Norman, OK. Role requires hands-on development, admin tasks, and implementation work across ServiceNow modules.

The candidate will configure workflows, reports, and portals, while aligning with ITIL and security standards. Hybrid work allows one day remote work weekly; background checks and USPS Public Trust clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS or IT.
• Minimum 5 years in software dev, sys admin, or related tech field.
• ≥3 years ServiceNow ITSM development/consulting.
• Experience with Agile environments and Azure DevOps.
• Background with government agencies or contracts preferred.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and process automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize apps, workflows, forms, and reporting.
• Manage roles, permissions, and access controls per security policies.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution with minimal downtime.
• Monitor logs, performance, and proactively fix issues.
• Coordinate upgrades and new features per release schedules.
• Document configurations and procedures for compliance.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and IT standards.
• Lead platform design, integration, and optimization efforts.
• Evaluate tool changes for compatibility and long-term fit.
