Job summary

Everforth ECS seeks a ServiceNow Developer to support the USPS MTSC in Norman, OK. The role combines on-site work for four days each week with one day per week remote collaboration, focusing on the internal ServiceNow instance, customer portals, and end-to-end ITSM process delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in software development or related tech, 3+ years in ServiceNow ITSM, and hands-on experience with workflow customization, integrations, and ITIL-based practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Software Development, System Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Prior experience supporting government agencies or contracts.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and administering ServiceNow, including platform configuration, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.
• Hands-on development experience with custom workflows, scripts, portal design, and system integrations within ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, and ITSM best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, with working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to implement and maintain automated processes and workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience providing user training and technical documentation.
• Skilled in problem-solving and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with IT security policies, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles in a government context.

Everforth ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developerto work onsite at the US Postal Service's Maintenance and Technical Support Service Center (MTSC) in Norman, OK. This position can be authorized for a hybrid work schedule. This entails 4-days per week working onsite at the Postal MTCS in Norman, OK and one day per week work from home (WFH).

In this role, you will support our internal ServiceNow instance and Customer Portals, and facilitate internal ServiceNow development, implementations and delivery goals. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, including the technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.
