Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to work onsite at the USPS MTSC in Norman, OK, with a hybrid schedule allowing one day remote per week.

Responsibilities include end-to-end ServiceNow development, ITSM configurations, and process automation, while ensuring security and compliance in a government context. Public Trust clearance is required and US Citizenship or permanent resident status is necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Development, System Administration, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role.
• Experience in Agile environments with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
• Prior experience supporting government agencies or contracts.
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, business rules, and reporting capabilities.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access control.
• Provide technical support and issue resolution.
• Monitor system logs and performance; address potential issues.
• Coordinate new features, upgrades, and platform enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and procedures.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and IT standards.
• Offer technical leadership in platform design and integration.
