Job summary

Everforth ECS is seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions in a hybrid Fairfax, VA setting and onsite Key West, FL. You will drive workflow automation, platform customization, and business process improvements within an Azure-based environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong JavaScript skills, and DoD clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or STEM.
5+ years of hands-on experience supporting ServiceNow and/or similar SaaS tools.
Strong experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows: Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Service Catalog, Notifications, ACLs.
Experience administering ITSM modules: Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Knowledge Management.
Strong JavaScript experience; TypeScript a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, and applications.
Create dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for operational insight.
Develop automated workflows and integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with custom applications and workflows; support governance discussions.
Travel up to 20% and support multiple locations as needed.
