Job summary

Accenture is seeking a ServiceNow Ecosystem Business Development Director in Nashville to drive strategic growth across the ServiceNow business by originating and shaping opportunities focused on AI-native workflows, Employee, Customer and Industry solutions.

You will build executive relationships, lead joint growth initiatives with ServiceNow, develop business cases, and position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner, with travel 25%–50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of business development, sales, alliance, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of complex pursuit management and opportunity development experience.
• Experience selling or shaping enterprise technology transformation programs aligned with ServiceNow platform capabilities.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data, customer experience, or cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven executive relationship management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint Accenture-ServiceNow growth strategies and co-sell motions.
• Build executive relationships with ServiceNow leaders and account teams.
• Originate opportunities involving ServiceNow Platform capabilities.
• Drive pipeline growth with Accenture and ServiceNow leadership.
• Lead executive workshops, innovation sessions, and value discussions.
• Develop business cases and ROI narratives aligning tech investments to outcomes.
• Influence leadership to position Accenture as the preferred transformation partner.
• Create differentiated industry solutions and joint offerings aligned to ServiceNow priorities.
• Enable field teams on joint value propositions and growth plays.
