Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT or related field
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Expertise in Flow Designer and/or Workflow Editor
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
