Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design and maintain solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps. The role focuses on hands-on configuration and development—workflows, Flow Designer, scripting, integrations, UI customization, and platform extensions—ensuring upgrade-safe, high-performance implementations.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and CSA certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong JavaScript skills including ES5/ES6 for ServiceNow.
• Expertise with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions.
• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• REST and SOAP integrations using MID Servers.
• Understanding of the ServiceNow data model and CMDB concepts.
• Service Portal widget development.
• CSA certification.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps.
• Build workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Process Automation Designer where appropriate.
• Write clean, well-tested server-side and client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions).
• Develop scoped applications following platform best practices.
• Build integrations with enterprise systems using IntegrationHub spokes and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Develop catalog items, request workflows, and end-to-end fulfillment automation.
• Implement Service Portal, Employee Center, and custom portal experiences.
• Develop and maintain CMDB integrations and data quality improvements.
• Implement reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
