Job summary

ICONMA is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a remote role with a Aerospace and Defense client. You will design and maintain workflows, APIs, and integrations across multiple ServiceNow instances to improve efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CS/IT, 3–5 years of ServiceNow development, strong Flow Designer skills, and hands-on integration experience (REST/SOAP, JSON). You will collaborate with stakeholders and produce design docs and tests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor.
• Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP, JSON, XML integrations.

Our client, a Aerospace And Defense company, is looking for a ServiceNow Developer for their Remote location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on workflow design and automation. This role will support the development, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience across the organization. This includes multiple instances and a complex development ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
• Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes, and system table structure
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Motivated to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes
• Motivated to understand past organizational decisions to enhance future technical and strategic outcomes
• Demonstrated experience with presenting process improvements to leadership
• Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management

• Familiarity with Automated Test Framework
• Experience supporting ServiceNow applications design, and ability to plan a build from concept and basic requirements in a minimum viable product fashion.
