Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow developer for a 12-month contract with the State, focusing on development rather than administration. The role requires hands-on work with CMDB, ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM, plus experience with integration and configuration management.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on development, strong coding, testing, and deployment skills, and will contribute to requirements analysis and solution design for production support.

Qualifications

Hands-on ServiceNow development experience (not admin) including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
Experience with ITSM, SecOps, and/or GRC/IRM.
CMDB and Configuration Management knowledge.
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
Professional application development including coding, testing, implementation, and production support.
Systems analysis experience including requirements analysis, technical specifications, and solution design.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specs.
Provide production support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow deployments.
