Job summary

System Soft Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow developer for a 12-month contract with the State, focusing on development rather than administration. The role requires hands-on work with CMDB, ITSM, SecOps, and GRC/IRM, plus experience with integration and configuration management.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of hands-on development, strong coding, testing, and deployment skills, and will contribute to requirements analysis and solution design for production support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience (not admin) including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
• Experience with ITSM, SecOps, and/or GRC/IRM.
• CMDB and Configuration Management knowledge.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development.
• Professional application development including coding, testing, implementation, and production support.
• Systems analysis experience including requirements analysis, technical specifications, and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create technical specs.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow deployments.
