ServiceNow Developer – ITAM (HamPro and SamPro)

100% remote

Must reside in California, Nevada, or Tennessee

CDW is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and serve as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) across key ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, ITOM, and CMDB. You’ll be responsible for architecting, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions, building custom workflows, and maintaining integrations with platforms like Workday and Dynamics 365.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration in medium/large enterprises
• Expertise with SAM Pro (required)
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, scripting, UI components, and integrations
• Experience developing custom integrations, especially between HAM and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
• Proficient in workflow development, data imports, reporting, and dashboard creation
• Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades, release management, and new feature adoption
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Strong documentation and training abilities
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience

Must be located in California, Nevada, or Tennessee to be considered.
