The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing customer workflows across various ServiceNow modules, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency in key business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications across a variety of modules to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement customer workflows that optimize business operations and process management.
• Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure system functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Document development processes, system configurations, and updates.

Required experience:
