Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a remote position in the US (EST time zone preferred) with the following details:

• Rate: $65/h USD
• Openings: 2
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months with extension possibility
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• Interview process: General interview (~20-30 min), Technical/Project interview (~1.5 hrs), 2 client interviews

Responsibilities and Projects

Contribute to building capabilities using ServiceNow in 2025-2026, including:

1. Hardware Asset Management
2. Software Asset Management
3. Application Portfolio Management
4. GenAI
5. Security Operations (SecOps)

The client has implemented ServiceNow (SNOW) for 2 years, including ITSM and CMDB data cleanup.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• ITOM and ITAM certifications
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Flow Designer, Business Rules, CSDM, and Discovery
• Ability to differentiate between related and referenced CIs
• Knowledge of ITIL processes related to configuration items

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with Digital Portfolio Management (DPM)
• Familiarity with Service Builder and MID Server WebSocket management
