Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, create workflows, scripts, and integrations, and support platform health and governance.

The role involves hands-on development, CAB participation, and delivering value through automation across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM modules. Strong JavaScript and REST/SOAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science or related field, OR equivalent work experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
• Five+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT operations, systems, or platforms.
• Three+ years of hands-on development with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, CI lifecycle, and data standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications, modules, and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other scripting components.
• Develop and support integrations with other systems using REST and SOAP web services.
• Assist with general ServiceNow operations including incident and request triage and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with process owners to align platform solutions with ITSM, ITOM, and other areas.
• Participate in CAB meetings to assess technical impact of changes.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Provide guidance and training on ServiceNow best practices.
• Identify opportunities for automation and platform efficiency.
