Job summary

7Th Sky Tech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer for a full-time hybrid role. You will design, develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow applications and ITSM workflows, collaborating with analysts and QA teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, strong JavaScript skills, and experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Flow Designer/IntegrationHub. Hybrid work model offered in the Dallas area.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
• Strong JavaScript programming skills.
• Experience with: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, Catalog Items, Record Producers, Workflows / Flow Designer.
• Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, tables, forms, lists, and configurations.
• Experience with update sets and ServiceNow deployment processes.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, QA teams, and other developers.
• Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge‑transfer activities.
