Job summary

DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow capabilities for the U.S. Air Force EACN and 89th Communications Squadron.

The role focuses on ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules with dashboards, workflows, and wireframes, and requires on-site work at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland. The candidate will translate business requirements into technical solutions, collaborate with government stakeholders, and ensure security and accessibility

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of ServiceNow development or administration experience.
• Experience developing and customizing ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Experience supporting ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business processes into technical solutions.
• Experience supporting federal, Department of Defense, or mission-critical environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workflows and wireframes aligned with Government business processes.
• Configure and customize ITSM, ITBM, and ITAM modules.
• Develop dashboards, reports, metrics, and trend-analysis capabilities.
• Create repeatable processes that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
• Translate technical and business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
• Support software configuration changes, system-design updates, and equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and DevOps teams during development sprints.
• Develop, test, document, and deploy platform enhancements.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and performance issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and development standards.
• Support user acceptance testing and validation of new functionality.
• Ensure ServiceNow solutions comply with applicable security and accessibility requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to users and administrators.
