Job summary

Everforth ECS in Fairfax, VA is seeking a ServiceNow Developer in a hybrid capacity to support U.S. Government Mission Partner Enclaves. You will design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions focusing on automation and process improvement.

The role requires deep experience with Flow Designer, App Engine Studio, JavaScript, and REST integrations, and active DoD Secret clearance. Travel up to 20% and collaboration with stakeholders are expected.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/STEM or equivalent experience; 9+ years acceptable with HS diploma.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Service Catalog.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated ServiceNow workflows and apps.
• Develop custom ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and approvals.
• Create dashboards and reports for operational insight.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications via REST.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Support governance discussions and requirements gathering.
