Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; 7+ years of related experience, or a Master's with 5+ years of experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow Tools and platform modules (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, Service Portal).
- Understanding of workflow/process management in federal and commercial sectors.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM/CSM, etc.).
- Lead code development, reviews, and CI/CD pipeline activities.
- Configure UI, workflows, and API; ensure enterprise-wide integration.
